Incredibly RUDE customer service. Working with a local company should mean they can handle local situations. Roads have been posted with 6-ton limits for many weeks for the entirety of my town...and the town has given their verbal blessing for a delivery to be made as current conditions should be fine for delivery. (I just had furniture deliveries last week.)
Hey, company owner, this isn't the first complaint here about your customer support person. Maybe you should consider giving her the boot. She lacks customer service skills.
Awesome company to deal with
This company wants ME to get permission for their vehicles not just verbally but written on town letterhead and faxed to them. And, it's my job to do this? I paid for shipping and handling. GET THIS: Their customer support person told me it's not their fault they drive such large, oversized vehicles...it's my fault because I placed an order. (SERIOUSLY?) She's planning to have my order returned to Costco if I can't sort this out for them. WTH.
What a flea bag hole in the wall. Not to mention understaffed and rude service. I'm shocked DMV hasn't shut this place down. Is worth an inspection. What a dump.
